Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Conduct research into BILL’s use of Salesforce to provide recommendations, solutions, and a roadmap for long-term improvements.
Provide Sales Cloud technical expertise on implementations and production issues.
Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
Support cross-systems and related integrations involving Salesforce and other integrated systems (ex. Mulesoft).
Apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
Participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint.

We’d love to chat if you have:

1. Experience: At least 6 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects on the Salesforce platform.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData). Familiarity with development tools like Sublime, Git, MavensMate, or Visual Studio Code.
3. Salesforce Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, functionalities, and limitations, particularly governor limits and best practices.
4. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate business requirements and interact effectively with stakeholders.
5. Project Experience: Proven track record analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting large scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
6. Agile Environment: Previous experience working in a SCRUM environment or knowledge of general practices.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role: $158,300 - $190,000 USD.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT: $134,600 - $161,500 USD.
