Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide software inventory, ensuring data accuracy across financial, contractual, usage, and ownership domains.
- Design and implement scalable processes for software asset data normalization, deduplication, and classification.
- Integrate and reconcile data across platforms such as Zylo, Open LM, SAP GL, Coupa, and procurement or contract management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or Enterprise Technology Operations.
- Proficiency with asset and cost management platforms (e.g., Zylo, Snow, Flexera, Open LM, ServiceNow SAM).
