$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Unity Search has been retained by this rapidly growing real estate / retail company in search for a Director of Acquisitions. This company has a VERY strong leadership team and reputation within a very niche industry. This company will go through tremendous growth with this role being a large contributor – very exciting!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and source acquisition opportunities in targeted regions
• Build and maintain an acquisition pipeline through relationships with brokers, owners, and industry contacts
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess potential acquisition targets
• Lead negotiations and structuring of deals, including LOIs, purchase agreements, and related contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants during due diligence and integration planning

Requirements:

• BBA – Finance, Business or Economics
• 5-10 years’ experience in acquisitions, investment banking, or commercial real estate in a similar role
• Ability to work both independently as well as with senior leadership
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Strong data gathering skills and quantitative and analytical competency
• Self-starter with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal presentation) analyses/conclusions
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
