About The Role
Indicium AI is seeking a senior Head of Marketing based in New York City to lead marketing, communications, and field enablement for the US market. This role is part of a global marketing team and acts as the primary marketing and communications partner to the US Sales and Leadership teams, with a strong focus on enterprise and strategic accounts.
Location: New York City, USA
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and from our New York office. We expect regular in‑office presence and occasional attendance at events, with flexibility to determine which days you’re onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Partnership & Strategic Accounts
- Serve as the embedded marketing and communications partner to US Sales leadership
- Align marketing priorities with strategic account plans, revenue targets, and long‑cycle deal motions
- Support Sales throughout complex enterprise buying journeys, from account engagement to deal progression and expansion
- Enable senior‑level buyer conversations through strong positioning, messaging, and proof points
- Ensure marketing efforts are focused on account influence, deal velocity, and revenue impact
US Marketing Execution & Demand Support
- Lead execution of US‑focused marketing initiatives aligned to global strategy and regional commercial priorities
- Support enterprise and account‑based marketing programs in close partnership with Sales
- Drive campaigns that balance brand credibility, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Track and communicate marketing contribution to pipeline and strategic account performance
Business Communications & Leadership Support (USA)
- Own US business communications, ensuring consistent, clear messaging across commercial and internal audiences
- Support US leadership with communications for key initiatives, priorities, and organisational updates
- Partner with global marketing and leadership teams to align US messaging with company‑wide narratives
- Act as a trusted advisor on communication strategy, tone, and timing for the US business
Content, Messaging & Sales Enablement
- Localise and refine global messaging to resonate with enterprise US buyers and decision‑makers
- Oversee development of content and sales materials supporting strategic accounts and priority industries
- Ensure Sales teams are equipped with clear, credible, and relevant materials for complex sales conversations
- Maintain consistency between external marketing, sales messaging, and internal communications
Events, Field & Internal Engagement
- Lead US field marketing and executive‑level events in partnership with Sales
- Design events as strategic moments for enterprise account engagement and relationship building
- Own internal US events, including sales kick‑offs, leadership sessions, and cross‑functional forums
- Ensure events – internal and external – reinforce strategy, alignment, and commercial focus
Who We’re Looking For
You are a senior, commercially minded marketing generalist with strong enterprise experience. You will work closely with global marketing peers – including the Global Director of Demand Generation, Global Head of Content, and Global Head of Events – to adapt and activate global strategies, campaigns, and content for the US market. Success requires seamless partnership to ensure US initiatives are locally effective while maintaining global brand and strategic consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting enterprise and strategic account sales, ideally in B2B services, technology, or consulting environments
- A strong track record partnering closely with Sales and business leadership
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organisations
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including executives and enterprise buyers
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, funnels, and long‑cycle deal dynamics
- A strategic yet hands‑on approach, comfortable switching between planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills, with experience owning regional business communications
- Strong judgement, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
