Overview
We are looking for a Director, Program Management with demonstrated expertise in CRM program management. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project and campaign management of CRM marketing initiatives that increase our clients’ relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of Customer Engagement, Business, Technology, Big Data, and Content.
The Director, Program Management position leads multiple engagements with growing complexity for a client, or portfolio of projects acrossmultiple clients. You will be deeply involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, coordinating across teams and stakeholders to ensure that CRM and email campaigns are delivered flawlessly while optimizing for performance and business impact and actively contributing to campaign development, QA, testing, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior project lead with program management and delivery ownership for large-scale and complex CRM and multi-channel digital programs for clients.
- Shape program roadmap for a large team that includes us, clients and partners.
- Identify opportunities to be innovative and enable continuous improvement.
- End-to-end project management of CRM and email marketing initiatives, including requirements gathering, cross-team prioritization, timeline management, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
- Coordinate requirements across teams to ensure a clear campaign vision for teams to execute on.
- Lead the strategic and creative development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns including driving segmentation, targeting, personalization, and journey orchestration to drive engagement and conversion.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results, and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and tech teams to translate marketing goals into compelling email experiences.
- Tool-savvy – deep knowledge of project management and CRM tools such as Workfront, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Shape approaches and create meaningful views of scope across different services and capabilities; support scope escalation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define processes and tools needed by teams across all programs enabling successful program implementation and delivery.
- Provide guidance on consistent application of project management methodologies that align with strategic plans.
- Own or liaise with the Executive PMO to communicate program executional metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Delivering a work stream or collection of projects within sold margins with the ability to identify and propose solutions for changes in margin.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of project/program management experience including in a digital or marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performance teams across Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Data, and Technology in end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex CRM and digital engagements for clients.
- Demonstrated experience working with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon and more.
- Demonstrated expertise in email development methodologies and best practices.
- Comfortable with relationships and presenting to senior creative leaders, marketing leaders, and digital leaders.
- Strong project management experience: process oriented with understanding of Agile ways of working; experience with one or more of methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile frameworks, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment for end-to-end engagements.
- Effective systems thinking skills and ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work.
- Effective leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work Pacific Coast Time hours.

Compensation Range: $135,375 - $185,200. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
