Job Description
Sarah Solis Design Studio is seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in high‑end residential design to join our team. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role working closely with the Principal on all aspects of design and project management.

- Position: Intermediate or Senior Designer
- Duration: Full‑time
- Location: Agoura Hills
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, fabricators, and vendors
- Lead all phases of design: concept, schematic, design development, and documentation
- Source and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings
- Design custom furniture and bespoke elements
- Create visual research, presentations, and design decks
- Produce full drawing sets, specifications, schedules, and documentation
- Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement
- Support construction administration and installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience (1+ year at senior level preferred)
- Degree from an accredited Interior Design program
- Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
- Full knowledge of the design process from concept through installation
- Excellent hand sketching and rendering skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Google Workspace
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with high‑end / high‑profile residential clients
- Reliable, adaptable, and collaborative with strong independent judgment
