About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across teams, and is passionate about building brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, events, digital). Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative assets to ensure on-time launches. Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Content & Social Media: Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website updates. Manage social media calendars, post scheduling, and community engagement. Work with designers and agencies to produce branded collateral.
- Event & Partnership Support: Help organize webinars, trade shows, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups. Support marketing partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs (leads, traffic, conversions, engagement). Maintain dashboards and assist in analyzing ROI of campaigns. Provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or related field (internships or entry-level roles included).
- Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; comfortable juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment; team-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
