Marketing Events Coordinator – Bath Concepts Independent Dealers
Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, dedicated to beautifying bathrooms across North America with durable, maintenance‑free fixtures.
Responsibilities
- Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors
- Book an annual calendar of events and shows
- Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
- Schedule demonstrators to work events
- Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear down
- Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events and shows
- Collect contest entries
- Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for free in‑home consultations
- Measure and report results
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
Must be available to work weekends.
Compensation includes a salary of $48,000 – $75,000 and bonus opportunities.
