Marketing Events Coordinator – Bath Concepts Independent Dealers

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, dedicated to beautifying bathrooms across North America with durable, maintenance‑free fixtures.

Responsibilities

  • Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
  • Negotiate contracts with event vendors
  • Book an annual calendar of events and shows
  • Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
  • Schedule demonstrators to work events
  • Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear down
  • Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events and shows
  • Collect contest entries
  • Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for free in‑home consultations
  • Measure and report results

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be available to work weekends.

Compensation includes a salary of $48,000 – $75,000 and bonus opportunities.
