Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive pipeline generation and revenue growth across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector customers
  • Design, execute, and optimize Koop’s end-to-end growth strategy across marketing, partnerships, and product-led channels
  • Build and scale repeatable demand generation programs targeting compliance, risk, and security leaders
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, messaging strategies, and growth experiments to accelerate market penetration
  • Work closely with sales to maximize pipeline conversion, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal velocity
  • Partner with product to shape product-led growth strategies and ensure strong alignment between product capabilities and market demand
  • Build Koop’s brand presence and thought leadership within the GRC, compliance, and AI ecosystems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to create tight feedback loops between users, product, and growth initiatives
  • Adapt quickly and lead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup environment
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles at a tech company
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
  • Impeccable communication and writing skills
  • Outstanding project management and cross-functional leadership skills

Job Requirements

  • Experience leading growth, demand generation, or go-to-market functions at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup, ideally in GRC, compliance, security, govtech, or adjacent enterprise markets
  • Ability to identify and execute high-leverage growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tremendous work ethic and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from strategy through execution
