Job Details
Salary: $150,000 - $240,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer retention.
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and PR.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI maximized.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the enterprise/SaaS and must have a b2b marketing playbook with significant digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for SaaS and Cybersecurity products.
- Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) principles and practices.
- Experience in creating and implementing a marketing playbook.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced marketing certification would be a plus.
