Marketing Associate, Renewable Energy

Base pay range

$70,000 – $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Generate and curate engaging content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Analyze marketing metrics to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Support brand management initiatives to enhance market presence and recognition
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on key projects and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internships included)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus

Benefits

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is $70,000 to $85,000; base pay may vary based on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include an annual bonus and a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave). Participation details will be provided with an offer of employment. Employees are in an at‑will position and SolRiver reserves the right to modify salary at any time.
