We’ve built a strong foundation—proven results, healthy margins, and long‑standing relationships with our partners. Now we’re entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships to help us strategically expand our partner base.

This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys ownership, strategic thinking, and building momentum through high‑trust, long‑cycle partnerships with brand leadership teams.

What You’ll Do as an Head of Brand Partnerships:

You will own net‑new brand partnerships for Leap Stores, working closely with the founder and leadership team. Your focus will be on creating, advancing, and converting high‑quality partner relationships through thoughtful outreach, disciplined follow‑up, and strong deal judgment—not high‑volume campaigns.

What Will Be Your Core Responsibilities?

  • Own the net‑new brand partnership pipeline from first outreach through close, collaborating closely with the founder on deal strategy and execution
  • Design and refine Leap Stores’ go‑to‑market sales motion for enterprise and mid‑market brands
  • Re‑engage past prospects and long‑standing conversations
  • Identify and prioritize the right brands to pursue (quality over volume)
  • Develop clear, executive‑level positioning and narrative for our partnership model
  • Run targeted, relationship‑led outreach (email, LinkedIn, referrals, affiliates)
  • Manage long‑cycle deal progression and follow‑up over 3–6+ month sales cycles, maintaining momentum and clarity throughout
  • Decide when founder involvement is most impactful in advancing conversations
  • Track pipeline health and progression in CRM with clarity and discipline
  • Continuously assess what’s working, what’s not, and adapt strategy accordingly

What Does Success Look Like?

In the first 90–120 days:

  • Clear increase in qualified, relevant conversations with target brands
  • Visible deal progression that does not require constant founder push
  • Reactivation of dormant prospects and stalled conversations
  • A defined, repeatable partnership acquisition motion emerging from experimentation

Longer‑term success looks like:

  • Consistent pipeline of high‑fit partnership opportunities
  • Founder time freed from outreach and follow‑up
  • Incremental partner wins that are profitable and strategically aligned

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, growth, revenue, or enterprise business development
  • Proven experience with long‑cycle, high‑trust deals (3-6+ months)
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with full ownership
  • Experience building pipeline and GTM motion—not just working inbound leads
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills
  • Emotionally steady and persistent without being pushy
  • Clear communicator who can engage executives credibly
  • Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building without a playbook

Compensation

Expected base salary range: $150,000–$175,000, plus variable compensation tied to partner acquisition.
