
Head of Growth

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to drive the strategy and execution behind how Pump generates, captures, and converts demand into revenue. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on scaling high‑performing acquisition programs while driving qualified pipeline and booked demos.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and company leadership to align go‑to‑market strategy, improve funnel efficiency, and scale consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own demand generation strategy and pipeline targets
- Scale high‑performing acquisition programs while launching new growth channels
- Drive full‑funnel performance , experimentation, and continuous optimization
- Build repeatable pipeline generation engines that convert demand into revenue
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, GTM, and leadership to align strategy and execution
- Own reporting, attribution, budget, and revenue performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing roles
- Proven track record driving qualified pipeline and revenue, not just leads or traffic
- Experience owning multi‑channel acquisition strategy in B2B SaaS or high‑growth startup environments
- Strong experience with outbound and email infrastructure (experience with Clay preferred)
- Comfort owning funnel metrics, attribution, and performance reporting tied to revenue
- Experience leading, mentoring, or influencing cross‑functional marketing or GTM teams
- Are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in fast‑moving, early‑stage environments
- Are based in SF or open to working onsite 5 days/week

Compensation
$200,000 – $250,000 annually + generous equity
