Head of Growth (D2C / Performance Marketing) – 100% remote

Join everydays GmbH as Head of Growth and lead our D2C performance marketing strategy from a fully remote base.

Key Expertise & Tools

  • Meta Ads – scaling, creative systems, attribution
  • Native Ads – Taboola, Outbrain
  • Influencer Marketing – performance + brand
  • Google Ads – search, YouTube
  • Performance metrics – NC‑ROAS, CAC, aMER, MER, CLV, data‑tracking (GA4, Triple Whale, server‑side)

Responsibilities

  • Own Growth & Acquisition strategy across all channels – develop, iterate, and scale
  • Identify top growth levers, decide when to iterate, scale or stop
  • Collaborate closely with CEO, Retention & Product teams on product‑growth integration
  • Lead and develop the Acquisition team – clear roles, KPIs, hiring, coaching, process optimisation (testing, learnings, feedback loops)
  • Drive direct‑response principles, funnels, offers, creatives and landing pages to maximise CLV

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in D2C performance marketing, with proven growth ownership at a 25+ M€ brand
  • Deep understanding of marketing mechanics, direct response and multi‑channel strategy (not only Meta)
  • Experience managing a monthly marketing budget of ≥ 700 k€
  • Strong data‑driven decision making, familiarity with attribution tools (GA4, Triple Whale)
  • Experience hiring, coaching and scaling an Acquisition team
  • Owner mentality – operating with full ownership rather than merely executing
