Knock2 is a B2B SaaS platform that helps sales and marketing teams identify anonymous website visitors and convert them into pipeline. We combine visitor identification, contact enrichment, and AI-powered workflows to help companies know exactly who's on their site and what to do next.

We launched in late 2024 and have grown to 100+ customers, including teams at Baseten, CookUnity, TaskRabbit, and Backblaze. We're a small, fast-moving team building what we call the "Next Best Action" platform for modern GTM teams.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own growth end-to-end. You'll work directly with the Founder and CEO to build and scale the engine that drives awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

This isn't a siloed paid acquisition role. We're looking for someone who thinks creatively across channels (content, outbound, product-led growth, partnerships, community) and obsesses over what actually moves the needle. You'll have real ownership, real autonomy, and a seat at the table on company strategy.

What You'll Own

  • Demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, and product-led channels
  • Pipeline creation in partnership with our SDR team and CEO
  • Content and product marketing, including messaging, positioning, and launches
  • Paid acquisition where ROI makes sense
  • Growth experimentation (testing new channels, tactics, and creative approaches)
  • Customer-led growth through case studies, referrals, and co-marketing
  • PLG and self-serve motions as we expand our product offering

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading demand gen or growth at a B2B SaaS company (early-stage experience is a plus)
  • Comfort owning multiple channels, not just one specialty
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
  • A bias toward speed, experimentation, and iteration
  • Clear communication and strong positioning instincts
  • Ability to work closely with founders, sales, and customers
