Job Summary
The Senior Brand Manager for TX Whiskey will lead the strategic brand plan, annual operating plan development, innovation roadmap, and execution of commercial and consumer‑facing initiatives. Acting with a general‑manager mindset, this leader will drive long‑term profitable growth, strengthen brand equity, and oversee key cross‑functional workstreams across marketing, supply, and commercial operations. This role may also support strategic projects for Jefferson's Whiskey on an ad‑hoc basis. It is an opportunity to shape one of the portfolio's most dynamic brands with high ownership, autonomy, and visibility.

What you'll do
- Lead annual strategic planning for TX Whiskey, identifying key gaps and opportunities and developing brand plans that deliver annual operating and financial targets.
- Act as day‑to‑day brand general manager, owning the Annual Operating Plan, consumer engagement and activation plans, brand P&L management, and A&P investment discipline.
- Drive cross‑functional and agency collaboration to develop and execute retail programs, partnerships, sponsorships, and in‑market activations that strengthen brand equity and maximize commercial results.
- Develop and execute local market strategies and assets in partnership with commercial teams; track performance across priority markets, channels, and customers.
- Manage strategic partnerships, ensuring shared objectives, negotiated terms, compelling program development, and flawless execution while protecting brand integrity.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial, test‑and‑learn mindset, continuously iterating plans with agility, resourcefulness, and strong commercial focus to support brand expansion.
- Lead market, competitive, and brand‑health analysis, delivering insights that surface opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and guide ongoing performance optimization.
- Provide leadership in Supply Planning, Operations, and Pricing workstreams, simplifying processes, optimizing forecasts, and driving stronger commercial accountability.
- Coach and develop a Brand Manager, building capabilities, strengthening brand expertise, and fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and experimentation within the broader marketing team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within CPG, beverage alcohol, or a similar consumer‑driven industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading brand planning, commercial execution, and cross‑functional project management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
- This position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary
The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $130,680.00 to $163,350.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
