Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition at TOA Global – VP / Director of Sales – New Business (United States)

We are seeking a high-impact VP or Director of Sales – New Business to build and lead our US growth engine.

What you will do

  • Own the United States new business revenue number
  • Build, lead, and scale a team of AEs/BDMs and future SDRs
  • Convert inbound demand into revenue and build an outbound motion
  • Drive CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Coach, recruit, and develop elite sales performers

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
  • Proven success building or transforming sales teams
  • Strong coaching, forecasting, and operational discipline
  • Experience in services, outsourcing, staffing, or professional services (preferred)
