We are seeking a high-impact VP or Director of Sales – New Business to build and lead our US growth engine.
What you will do
- Own the United States new business revenue number
- Build, lead, and scale a team of AEs/BDMs and future SDRs
- Convert inbound demand into revenue and build an outbound motion
- Drive CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
- Coach, recruit, and develop elite sales performers
What you will bring
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven success building or transforming sales teams
- Strong coaching, forecasting, and operational discipline
- Experience in services, outsourcing, staffing, or professional services (preferred)
