Responsibilities

  • AChieve goals by building trusting relationships with current customer accounts and supporting the overall growth of the physician’s business.
  • Utilize ZO’s financial planning system to forecast with accuracy and consistency.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct in-practice marketing programs and events.
  • Support customer accounts with proven methods in product placement space and location.
  • Seek out and open new physician-owned qualified accounts in various specialties, primarily dermatology and plastic surgery.

Additional responsibilities

  • Remain knowledgeable on the most up-to-date protocols through education for self and customer accounts via blended learning opportunities.
  • Partner with clinical skin-health experts in your territory and other departments (customer service, marketing, business development) to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate, execute and attend events for accounts to implement.
  • Attend trade shows and seminars when applicable.
  • Travel estimated at 60-80%, local and overnight travel based on assigned geography.
