As a Scale Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding new partners at scale. You will identify high-potential partners, manage relationships with partners in your region, and build scalable programs that ensure they are set up for success. Your role will directly impact our ARR growth by bringing in new partners, driving their activation, and creating a pipeline of future Bronze and Silver partners. You'll collaborate closely with regional directors, marketing, and enablement teams to align partner recruitment with business needs and market opportunities.
About The Role Recruit new partners at scale, including 1:1 strategic recruitment when needed. Manage and support partners across the region. Align recruitment activities with the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and market demand. Activate partners through scalable enablement initiatives. Track recruitment performance and pipeline health, ensuring new partners progress toward the Bronze tier. Share feedback from the field to continuously improve recruitment and enablement strategies. Take full ownership of the regional partner ecosystem, managing the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to growth and retention
Requirements 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel recruitment. Proven ability to identify, recruit, and activate partners in a B2B SaaS and tech environment. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking pipeline health and performance metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
