What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Recruit, develop, manage, and ensure the success of a sales team comprised of Broker Managers and Community Outreach Specialists
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and retention expectations
- Ensure adherence to Medicare guidelines and compliance regulations in the market
- Oversee and ensure the success of the contracted external agent channel locally
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve intended results
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading a Medicare Advantage sales team
- Local knowledge of the Medicare environment and competitive landscape
- Health insurance license in good standing
- College degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Unrestricted driver's license to fulfill driving responsibilities associated with the position
