Director of Semiconductor Sales

An engineering services organization is seeking a senior individual contributor to drive new business within the semiconductor industry. This role focuses on selling semiconductor design and engineering services to semiconductor manufacturers, fabless companies, IDMs, and system companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector
- Sell semiconductor design services including VLSI, IC design, IP integration, and related engineering services
- Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and procurement teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development through contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customer solutions
Qualifications
- Experience selling engineering or design services to semiconductor companies
- Background working with VLSI, ASIC, EDA, or IP-related solutions
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or engineering services sales
- Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and design teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
