DESCRIPTION: Join Amazon's Multichannel Commerce & Fulfillment Solutions Organization (MCCF), a high-visibility team driving significant company growth. MCCF leverages Amazon's world-class supply chain foundations to redefine online shopping experiences and help businesses utilize Amazon's capabilities to fulfill orders for customers across all transaction channels.
As a Senior GTM Specialist, you will optimize sales operations functions through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll develop frameworks for testing and scaling programs while ensuring seamless integration of new products and features into GTM processes.
Key job responsibilities - Design and implement frameworks to test, launch, and scale new programs that integrate support for new products and features into GTM processes - Partner with technical teams on business requirement documents (BRDs) and establish effective process paths - Identify system gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement systematic solutions - Coordinate high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable results on schedule - Foster collaboration between GTM and other departments to enhance innovation and alignment Create and manage reporting tools to track impact and identify growth opportunities Implement frameworks and methodologies that enhance team performance and capabilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience - Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar quantitative field - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical - 5+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to determine improvements - Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations - Experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics - History of successful global and cross-functional collaboration - Adaptability and responsiveness to changing business demands - Effective verbal/written communication and data presentation skills - Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
