The Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy is responsible for leading the enterprise Long Range Planning (LRP) process and supporting the development of the company's multi year strategic direction. This role partners closely with functional strategy leaders to translate enterprise strategy into integrated long-range plans that balance growth, profitability, and capability investments. The Senior Manager ensures strategic priorities are analytically sound, clearly articulated, and embedded into planning, resource allocation, and execution rhythms across the organization. They will synthesize inputs from The Coca-Cola Company, NAOU, CCCI leadership, and market data to create & execute our strategic plans. Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate complex strategies and long range plans through clear narratives, storylines, and executive ready materials. Support annual strategic planning cycles and ensure continuity between near term priorities and long term ambitions. Lead the enterprise Long Range Planning (LRP) process, including planning assumptions, scenarios, trade offs, and refresh cycles. Define and track strategic KPIs tied to LRP objectives, enabling performance monitoring and course correction. Partner with Finance to integrate strategy, LRP, and financial planning, ensuring alignment across forecasts, resource constraints, and capital allocation. Synthesize complex market data & trend insights into clear insights that highlight strategic choices and implications. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strategic Thinking : Ability to connect long term enterprise vision to concrete plans, investments, and operating implications. Communication : Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills; able to simplify complexity for executive audiences. Experience creating dashboards a plus Influence & Collaboration : Proven ability to partner across Finance, Strategy, and senior leadership without direct authority. Adaptability : Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans as market conditions and enterprise priorities evolve. Analysis : Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools to support data-driven planning and decision making. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (4 years) Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications
Degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Finance Work Environment
Office Environment
