What does a successful Product Partnerships Director do? You will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of product led partnerships that accelerate growth, expand distribution, and strengthen our platform. This role serves as the connective tissue between product development, strategic partners, and commercial teams-balancing long- term product and strategic partner strategy with operational rigor and go--to---market impact. You will establish and scale bidirectional partnerships, influence how those partnerships operate day- to- day, and collaborate with internal teams to -ensure partners are fully enabled across training, sales execution, and ongoing business reviews. What You Will Do Establish and manage strategic product partnerships aligned to product roadmap, platform strategy, and commercial objectives

Serve as the primary product side owner for partnerships, influencing integration priorities, operating models, and success metrics

Collaborate with partner technology teams to ensure successful execution of partner development and commercialization functions

Build and execute frameworks to assess partner health, performance, and mutual value creation

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to define and execute joint GTM strategies

Drive partner related sales enablement, including the coordination of partner training, playbooks, field readiness, and internal documentation

Lead and participate in QBRs, executive reviews, and joint planning sessions with key partners

Facilitate partnership operations including the documentation of merchant onboarding, escalation paths, and lifecycle management

Act as a senior internal advisor on strategic deals where partnerships are a critical component of the value proposition

Foster strong cross functional- alignment while ensuring partnerships scale in a repeatable, supportable way

What You Will Need To Have Bachelor's degree with 7-10+ years of relevant experience in product partnerships, product management, business development, or platform ecosystems

Proven experience building and scaling product centric- partnerships within a B2C and/or B2B technology environment

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, APIs, integrations, and platform business models

Demonstrated ability to influence across Product Development and Commercial teams without direct authority

Strong business acumen with experience driving commercial outcomes through partnerships

Strategic mindset paired with operational execution discipline

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across stakeholders

What Would Be Great To Have 3-5+ years of experience in leadership or people management roles

Experience partnering closely with Sales Enablement, GTM, and Commercial Operations teams

Background in payments, fintech, SaaS platforms, or developer focused- ecosystems

Experience defining partner operating models, KPIs, and governance structures

Contracting and commercial deal experience, including executing partnership agreements

Familiarity with product led- growth, marketplace, or ecosystem strategies

Experience translating market and partner insights into product and roadmap influence
