Who You Are:
You are a dedicated Salesforce CPQ Revenue Specialist, showcasing a strong problem-solving approach. You work closely with project teams to identify and analyze client needs, creating tailored solutions. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring successful project outcomes. You expertly manage multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality results on time.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities that deliver tangible value and capture high-level requirements to design effective solutions.
Translate business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational models by developing robust business cases and steering key initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding teams to perform optimally and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to critical decisions and provide cross-functional solutions.
Possess expert knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, with significant expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
Demonstrate superior skills in Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive business cases outlining the benefits and costs of proposed technological solutions.
Create and maintain clear documentation of business processes and technology solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute business transformation initiatives.
Continuously review and refine business strategies to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience with cloud-based CPQ solutions.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience specifically with SFDC CPQ.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quote to Cash - CPQ implementations.
Experience working with clients in the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); an Associate's degree requires a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly with the Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with Apttus or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ.
Understanding of business process design and Six Sigma principles.
Active participation in software project implementations centered around CPQ.
Awareness of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies.
Hands-on experience in design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and other implementation tasks.
Strong technical proficiency complemented by analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
