No sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to thrive in media and advertising sales. Develop New Local Business: Learn how to identify prospects, build relationships, and help local businesses reach their goals through customized advertising solutions. Full Sales Cycle Training: Receive guidance on how to prospect, create proposals, present solutions, close deals, and provide follow-up service. Collaborative Campaign Development: Work with clients and internal teams to create advertising campaigns across TV and digital platforms. Achievable Sales Goals: Learn how to set and reach monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through coaching and structured support. What We're Looking For: Ambitious Self-Starters: You set high standards and take initiative without waiting to be told. Competitive Mindset: You thrive on achieving goals and don't shy away from hard work or rejection. Strong Communicators: You can hold a conversation, ask good questions, and present ideas clearly and confidently. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Bonus Points For: Prior experience in leadership, sales, customer-facing, and/or media roles. Passion for media, advertising, or storytelling.
