Role Overview
The Content & Social Manager executes The Athletic Clubs’ social and content strategy across all platforms—translating brand direction from the Director of Marketing into consistent, high-quality, on-brand content that drives engagement, intent, and real community connection. This role owns day-to-day content production, publishing, community management, and reporting. You operationalize The AC’s voice in the wild — ensuring the brand shows up consistently, credibly, and with relevance across studios, markets, and moments, pairing strong creativity with operational discipline. Core Responsibilities
Social & Content Execution Execute social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels) ensuring consistent voice and tone. Uphold brand standards across all content, ensuring alignment with The Athletic Club’s visual and editorial guidelines. Act as a hands-on creator — shooting, editing, and designing high-quality, social-first content independently that feels current, credible, and culturally relevant. Coordinate with studio teams and external creators (UGC) to source content while maintaining brand quality and consistency. Community & Campaign Support Maintain professionalism and response-time standards for DMs and comments, escalating sales or sensitive issues appropriately. Execute content for brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and new studio openings in partnership with Marketing and Ops. Partner with Growth Marketing to develop and iterate high-performing creative for paid campaigns. Performance, Planning & Optimization Maintain content calendars, production planning, and asset organization to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Track engagement and performance signals, using data to refine formats, messaging, and creative direction. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in content, social, or brand execution roles – ideally within fitness, hospitality or lifestyle brands. Hands-on experience managing brand social accounts (not just personal pages). Incredibly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows. Comfortable executing under clear direction and guardrails. A strong written communicator with excellent editorial judgment. Familiar with short-form video, UGC, and creator-style content.
