The

UX Designer / Web & Email Developer

plays a critical hybrid role in designing and developing digital experiences across web and email channels. This position is responsible for creating accessible, responsive, and engaging customer experiences by leading UX design tasks, coding front-end interfaces, and building HTML-based emails. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery and consistent customer touchpoints across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design efforts, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and email experiences. Design and develop visually engaging, brand-consistent HTML emails using modular components and templates. Build and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within a CMS or design system framework. Implement accessibility best practices (WCAG) across all digital experiences. Partner with design, brand, and marketing teams to execute page builds and support site updates. Conduct QA testing to ensure responsive design and cross-browser/device functionality. Stay current with UX trends, design systems, and front-end development best practices. Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience

in UX design, web development, or email development. Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Advanced coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for both web and email. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and browser compatibility. Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe AEM preferred) and email platforms (Eloqua is a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines. A portfolio demonstrating UX design process and/or web development projects is required. Preferred Experience

Familiarity with component-based design systems (e.g., Storybook, AEM Core Components). Experience with Git/GitHub and agile workflows. Advanced knowledge of email template design and optimization. Understanding of accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508).
