Job Description Position Summary :

GL Homes, one of Florida's leading homebuilders, is seeking a Senior Web Designer for a fast-paced environment, with strong visual design experience and a deep understanding of crafting intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. This role leads the creative direction of our web presence, blending strategic vision with hands-on design execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Create visually compelling and user-friendly digital assets and websites that align with brand guidelines and project goals. From concept to launch, guide the design process, and collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and digital initiatives. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Design responsive layouts optimized for various devices and screen sizes, prioritizing mobile-first designs. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and digital initiatives. Optimize designs to improve performance, maximum speed, efficiency, and implement best SEO practices. Build and maintain design systems, troubleshoot and fix performance issues as needed, such as broken links, files not opening properly and slow page loading speeds. Regularly update content on the website and other interactive products. Proactively suggest design enhancements and improvements. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in web design, Graphic Design, or related field. 5-8 years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects. Experience and Skills Skills & Abilities:

Expert in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and prototyping software. Experience with EPI Server CMS is a plus. Proficient in front-end development languages, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Proven track record of collaborating with development teams and understanding technical constraints. Knowledge of UX/UI principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing. Manage time effectively across multiple projects, delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Strong verbal, visual, and active listening skills are essential. Must be flexible and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and change requirements. Other Requirements:
