What You'll Do:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for both hands-on execution and team management. You will ensure that our products aren't just functional, but intuitive and aesthetically cohesive, directly influencing the success of our roadmap through high-impact design work. Other duties include:
Ensure the collective output is greater than the sum of its parts
Ownership of the Design System, ensuring it is documented, maintained, and adopted by both design and engineering.
Ensure all design milestones are met on time and within the scope of the product roadmap.
Lead the team by removing roadblocks, refining internal processes, and cultivate an environment where designers do their best work.
Work with the product team, development team, and the design team to determine solutions for customer pain points and establish best experiences for given digital product features
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Create personas through user research and data
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a technical field with a design focus 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, with a proven track record of designing complex digital products. Experience with B2B, Industrial, or Engineering-focused software preferred. 2+ years managing or mentoring designers Expert-level command of Figma (specifically Advanced Prototyping, Variables, and Design System management). Comfortable diving into technical or engineering-heavy workflows and finding ways to represent that logic in a clean, visual, and intuitive way.
