As the Principal, Connected TV Measurement Strategy, you will develop and implement comprehensive measurement strategies that enhance advertisers’ ability to quantify and maximize the benefits of their premium CTV investments. Your role as a thought leader will involve engaging with industry bodies, assessing emerging measurement technologies and partnerships, and creating business development frameworks that contribute to long-term organizational advantage.
This role demands both strategic insight and collaborative execution. You will navigate between high-level strategy discussions, technical analyses, and teamwork across functions to keep Amazon Ads at the forefront of innovation in CTV measurement. Your collaboration with measurement providers and standards organizations will bolster advertiser choice and drive innovation in the CTV market.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate extensive measurement strategies for CTV advertising across Amazon's video assets and publisher alliances.
Encourage the development of innovative measurement solutions that cater to a variety of advertiser needs.
Head strategic business development initiatives with measurement providers and tech platforms.
Serve as a representative for Amazon Ads in industry associations and standards groups.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to convert market insights into actionable strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in advertising technology, measurement, media, or related fields.
Proven success in leading complex business development initiatives and strategic partnerships within the digital advertising or media sectors.
In-depth knowledge of video/CTV measurement methodologies, including panel-based and census-based approaches, among others.
Strong ability to influence senior executives and achieve consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Experience working with measurement providers, publishers, advertisers, or advertising technology platforms.
Excellent analytical skills for evaluating technical solutions and business models.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating intricate technical concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in fields like business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering, or statistics.
Experience with advertising publishers and marketing/creative agencies.
Global experience with multi-country responsibilities.
Experience in building and leading high-performance teams.
Active involvement in industry organizations such as IAB, ARF, VAB, or similar bodies.
Track record of thought leadership through published research, speaking engagements, or participation in industry working groups.
Familiarity with data clean room technologies, privacy-preserving measurement, and identity solutions.
Understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP/SSP technologies, and ad serving infrastructure.

The base salary range for this role is $213,000.00 - $288,100.00 annually. Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location. Our comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
