Support includes creation/modification of accounts, security/compliance adherence, PowerShell-based automation, and ticket/task management.
Key Elements:
7+ years vendor experience in Microsoft/AD/Exchange
Working Team: AD + Exchange + Network Systems (&Client;1 yr each)
Full on-site, no offshore/offsite
~5,000-6,000 tickets/month expected
Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
Work involves ticket/task handling, automation (PowerShell, Ansible), and direct collaboration with ITSD teams
Deliverables: Monthly Status Reports, Weekly Ticket Updates, Approved PDAFs
