Your role and responsibilities
As a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead you will design, configure, and deploy innovative HR technology solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules to help clients achieve strategic HR objectives, drive operational excellence, and build future-ready talent processes.
You will partner closely with clients, HR leaders, and stakeholders to understand their business challenges, translate requirements into effective functional designs, and deliver high-value solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with clients to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; map HR processes to SuccessFactors capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization and transformation.
Solution Design and Configuration Lead the design and configuration of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and related areas (e.g., Talent Intelligence Hub, skills frameworks, and growth portfolios); create detailed functional specifications, blueprints, and design documents to ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices.
Implementation and Deployment Oversee end-to-end implementation of Talent Management solutions, including system configuration, data migration support, integration with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central) or external systems, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live execution; troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality, optimal performance, and minimal disruption.
Integration and Optimization Ensure effective integration across Talent processes and with broader HR ecosystems; apply industry-leading practices to optimize workflows, reporting, and analytics for enhanced talent insights and decision-making.
Client Training, Change Management, and Support Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to client teams; provide post-go-live support, hypercare, and ongoing guidance to maximize user adoption and realization of business benefits.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, new releases, features, and emerging trends (e.g., skills-based talent management, AI-driven insights, Talent Intelligence Hub); proactively recommend enhancements and apply updated knowledge to improve solution delivery and client outcomes.

Required technical and professional expertise
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Expertise
Strong SAP SuccessFactors Skills Advanced experience in Talent Management modules, including key AI features, Talent Intelligence Hub (skills matching & gaps), Opportunity Marketplace, career tools, and analytics for skills-based HR.
Expertise in Key Talent ModulesIn-depth knowledge and hands-on work with:
Compensation & Variable Pay (merit, bonuses, budgets, calibration)
Recruiting Management (RCM - sourcing, AI tools, applicant tracking, offers)
Onboarding (new-hire automation, pre-boarding, compliance)
Recruiting Marketing (RMK - branding, career sites, candidate engagement)
Learning Management System (LMS - personalized training, compliance, skill development)
Cloud HR & Integrations Solid understanding of cloud-based HR systems and how to integrate SuccessFactors Talent Management with other tools (e.g., Employee Central, analytics, external apps) for smooth data flow and unified processes.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules beyond the core requirements, including advanced features and functionalities. • Talent Management Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of additional Talent Management modules, such as Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS. • Cloud-Based HR Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions and their integration with SuccessFactors Talent Management.
