Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses Evaluate damages caused by spring storms, hail, wind, water intrusion, and other covered events Develop accurate repair estimates using Xactimate Capture clear photos and thorough field documentation Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carrier representatives Manage claim files from inspection through final submission Requirements
Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software preferred Strong understanding of residential construction and property damage assessment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage assignments independently and meet reporting timelines Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Indiana adjuster license or designated home state license What We Offer
