Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree and Administrative Coursework in the Education-related field
- Demonstrated classroom teaching ability: minimum three years of teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of standards and research-based instruction
- Successful administrative experience
Program Development & Oversight
- Design, implement, and evaluate CTE programs aligned with industry standards, state and federal requirements, and district goals.
- Ensure curriculum relevance to workforce needs and emerging technologies.
- Maintain adherence to all state, federal, and district regulations governing CTE programs.
- Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and audits.
- Establish and sustain partnerships with local businesses, industry leaders, and postsecondary institutions.
- Promote work-based learning opportunities, internships, and apprenticeships for students.
- Develop and manage budgets for CTE programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee procurement of equipment and instructional materials to support program goals.
- Recruit, hire, and retain qualified CTE instructors and support staff.
- Provide ongoing professional development to ensure instructional excellence and compliance with certification requirements.
- Monitor student achievement, credential attainment, and career readiness indicators.
- Implement strategies to improve enrollment, completion rates, and postsecondary transitions.
