Overview Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
3–8 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS / admin consoles / operations tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Complex workflow design (Ops/Admin/Compliance)
Policy/rule configuration screens (rule builders, constraints, approvals)
Information architecture + interaction design depth
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
BFSI Industry experience
Roles & Responsibilities UX Strategy & Enterprise Workflow Design
Design end-to-end user experiences for Wallet Operations such as:
Wallet provisioning, onboarding, and lifecycle management
Transaction monitoring, reconciliation, approvals, and exception handling
Role-based controls, access management, and operational dashboards
Create UX for Policy Screens, including:
Policy creation/editing, rule builders, conditions, limits, and thresholds
Approval workflows, audit trails, and version control
Policy simulation/preview and impact analysis
Drive UX discovery: conduct stakeholder interviews, understand operational pain points, and define user personas for Ops/Admin/Compliance users.
Translate complex rules and operational constraints into clear flows, IA, and interaction models.
UI Design & Prototyping
Create high-fidelity UI designs, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes.
Define UI patterns for enterprise experiences:
Data tables, filters, bulk actions, stepper flows, form-heavy screens
Alerts, notifications, error states, confirmations, and empty states
Ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability across screens.
Design Systems & Collaboration
Build and maintain components in a design system (tokens, typography, layouts, reusable patterns).
Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to:
Convert requirements into wireframes and final UI
Ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation
Provide detailed design specifications, redlines, and interaction notes for developers.
Participate in usability testing and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Deploy, configure, and operate blockchain nodes and supporting infrastructure:
Full nodes/archival nodes, RPC endpoints, validator nodes (as applicable)
Manage node upgrades, chain configuration changes, and incident response for production networks.
Implement operational tooling for:
Node health checks, RPC performance monitoring, log aggregation, and alerting
Handle blockchain-specific reliability concerns:
Re-org handling, finality considerations, peer connectivity, RPC failover, rate limiting
