This role is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys experienced in civil litigation who are passionate about in-depth legal research and writing for challenging class action and multidistrict litigation (MDL) cases. Key Responsibilities
- Compose compelling legal briefs, motions, and memoranda for class action and MDL matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research on intricate civil litigation topics.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys to develop strategic case arguments.
- Examine and interpret discovery materials, depositions, and expert reports.
- Ensure that all written materials adhere to court rules and procedures.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to case strategy development.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on advanced legal writing.
- Proven excellence in research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments effectively.
- Must be a member of the California bar.
- Experience with class actions or MDLs is advantageous but not required.
