We are seeking a driven, articulate, and customer'focused

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our high'performing service division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast'paced environment, excels at communication, and enjoys helping customers begin their luxury'vehicle buying journey.

As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for online and phone inquiriesbuilding rapport, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team in creating an exceptional customer experience. Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and chat inquiries Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards Collaborate with sales management to support lead flow and appointment goals Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics Qualifications BDR:

Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume lead activity Professional, polished, and customer'centric demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment CRM experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Please upload your resume.
