What You\'ll Own Be the client\'s trusted guide and point person—own the full client journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring every financial milestone is hit with clarity and confidence Coordinate cross-functional magic—act as the central hub connecting Bookkeeping, Tax, Payroll, and Onboarding teams to keep everything moving smoothly and on time Own financial accuracy and storytelling—review and QA all monthly bookkeeping and P&Ls, then translate complex financial data into clear, empowering insights clients actually understand and can act on Unblock, solve, and escalate—proactively spot issues, remove roadblocks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across the client\'s entire financial lifecycle Spark the business-owner mindset shift—help creators see themselves as real business owners by teaching them why financial systems, structure, and compliance aren\'t just checkboxes—they\'re superpowers Educate with purpose and impact—guide clients through essential topics like reading P&Ls, separating personal and business finances, and making smart financial decisions that fuel growth Become a financial detective—dive deep into each client\'s financial picture, spot trends, catch errors, and surface opportunities or risks before they become problems Champion best practices—reinforce smart business-owner behaviors through ongoing guidance, helping clients build habits that lead to long-term financial health Empower better decisions—help clients feel excited and confident using their financial data to make strategic choices that grow their business What We\'re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management, customer success, or client services, with a strong focus on communication and relationship ownership 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax services, with a solid understanding of core accounting principles Strong grasp of financial fundamentals, including P&Ls, balance sheets, and financial reporting, and the ability to explain them clearly to non-accountants Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts at once, coordinate work across teams, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment Comfortable building relationships, asking questions, and speaking up in a collaborative, people-forward environment Interest in the creator economy and working with content creators (preferred) Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
