MultiPosition Summary:

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media to support marketing, communications, and digital campaigns. This role blends creativity with strong expertise in the use of AI to produce content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and skilled in delivering high-quality multimedia assets that drive engagement and enhance the overall brand experience.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

Design & Production
• Create graphics, animations, video content, and interactive elements for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and presentations.
• Develop branded templates for social media, email, and internal communications to maintain design consistency.

Video & Motion Graphics
• Shoot, edit, and produce video content for campaigns, events, and storytelling initiatives.
• Create motion graphics and animations for dynamic marketing materials and social media engagement.

Brand Alignment & Creative Strategy
• Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines for tone, style, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.

Digital Asset Management
• Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets, templates, and design resources to ensure team access, consistency, and efficient reuse of materials.
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, and creative team members to produce cohesive multimedia content aligned with campaign and brand standards.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled creative tools, to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of multimedia production.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education where appropriate.
• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1-4+ years of experience in multimedia design or a related creative role

Knowledge & Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience using AI tools and agents to support multimedia content creation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and basic animation principles
• Familiarity with UX principles and responsive design for web and social platforms
• Experience with digital illustration and interactive media design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for simple web updates
• Understanding of accessibility standards in digital design
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: Upper 40s to Low 50s
