Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 + Bonus + Equity

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Accounting

  • Oversee accounting operations for acquired entities—including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger activities—as the Director of Accounting
  • Lead the month‑end close, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis processes as the Director of Accounting
  • Provide strategic insight into budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance as the Director of Accounting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements as the Director of Accounting
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing accounting team while supporting acquisition integrations and special projects as the Director of Accounting

Qualifications for the Director of Accounting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership experience within a growing or acquisitive organization
  • Strong technical accounting foundation across financial reporting, AR/AP, payroll, and close processes
