Job title: Director of Operations Accounting

Location: On-Site – Near Millersburg, Ohio

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 with a 25% bonus

Key Responsibilities (Director of Operations Accounting):

• Design and maintain cost accounting systems, including standard costing and overhead allocation
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs, including detailed variance analysis
• Lead month-end close related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and fixed assets
• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to improve cost visibility and efficiency

Qualifications (Director of Operations Accounting):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in operations accounting, cost accounting, or related roles
• Prior leadership experience required
