Job Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: On-Site near Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Site)
Salary: $180,000 to $200,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Director of Financial Planning and Analysis):

  • Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business growth
  • Provide executive leadership with actionable financial insights, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to drive profitability and cost management initiatives
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly financial analysis including variance analysis and performance metrics
  • Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making

Qualifications (Director of Financial Planning and Analysis):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A leadership background
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operationally driven environments preferred
  • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills with strong Excel and ERP/BI system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, or similar)
