Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with service
inquiries, providing expert guidance on repairs. •Prepare detailed estimates and work orders for
vehicle services. •Communicate clearly between customers and
technicians to ensure smooth service. •Focus on customer needs-strive to provide a
personalized, positive experience. •Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and
professional shop atmosphere.
