Job Title: Sr. Event & Creative Producer Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Start: March 2026 Length: Full-time Location: Hybrid (East Coast multiple locations) Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 DOE A creative agency is seeking a Sr. Event & Creative Producer to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale live and virtual events for global brands. This role is highly client-facing and strategy-driven, with ownership across the full event lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing Leading event strategy and production for large-scale live and virtual experiences Partnering with account and creative leads in client strategy and status meetings Owning RFP responses and pitch strategy for high-visibility events Managing senior-level client relationships as a trusted partner Overseeing budgets, timelines, scopes, venues, and vendor relationships Ensuring creative vision, strategy, and production requirements stay aligned Collaborating with A/V and digital teams on hybrid and virtual components Leading on-site teams and managing flawless event execution Owning post-event wrap-up and client deliverables Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These) 5+ years experience as a Live and Virtual Event Producer (agency experience required) Proven experience producing complex, large-scale events (10,000–20,000 attendees) Strong client-facing and account leadership skills Experience leading RFPs and winning new work Expertise managing budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations You’ll Stand Out If You… Are known and requested by clients for your leadership and judgment Excel at strategy and orchestration over hands-on technical execution Thrive under pressure and confidently lead teams on-site Have a sharp eye for event flow, experience design, and operational excellence This is a direct hire role with competitive benefits and flexibility for exceptional candidates willing to relocate to preferred hubs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
