This role leads end to end video strategy, production, and execution to support marketing and communication needs across a wide range of internal and external channels. It develops short and long form video content for campaigns, brand storytelling, recruiting, business development, executive communications, and social media, blending hands on production expertise with strategic marketing insight to advance organizational goals.

$111,123.00 - $166,683.00

Essential Job Accountabilities
- Direct the creative development, planning, and execution of video projects from concept through delivery to ensure cohesive, high-impact content that supports organizational marketing objectives
- Produce high-quality short- and long-form video content for internal and external audiences to strengthen campaign effectiveness, brand storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
- Capture professional-grade video and photography in both corporate and active field environments to authentically represent operations, people, and projects in support of enterprise communications
- Travel to field locations as needed to document real-time activities and ensure the organization maintains an accurate and compelling visual record of its work
- Develop video and advertising content from original footage and existing assets to enhance campaign consistency, optimize resource use, and elevate overall creative quality
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional partners to align video content with campaign strategies and improve performance through post-campaign analysis and insights
- Oversee all post-production workflows-including editing, animation, motion graphics, sound, and color-to deliver polished, platform-ready content that meets professional and brand standards
- Manage external production partners to ensure creative alignment, cost efficiency, compliance with safety expectations, and timely delivery of high-quality video assets
- Establish production standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistent quality, brand alignment, and operational efficiency across all video initiatives
- Serve as a senior creative advisor by guiding video strategy, formats, and distribution approaches to maximize reach, impact, and alignment with organizational goals, and may perform additional duties as needed from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, marketing, communications, or a related field required
- 6-13 years of professional experience in video production, including hands-on shooting, editing, animation, and producing both short- and long-form marketing video content
- Minimum of 4 years of experience within a corporate marketing department of a mid-size to large professional services organization, supporting enterprise-level communications and integrated campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in active construction or field environments, capturing high-quality content while adhering to all jobsite safety protocols preferred
- Experience working with publicly traded companies and/or within the engineering or construction industry is strongly preferred
- Drone operation experience and FAA Part 107 certification are considered a plus
- Advanced proficiency in developing video content for integrated campaigns (organic and paid), including the ability to plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that meet brand standards and performance goals
- Demonstrated ability to lead social media and digital marketing campaigns by using analytics platforms (e.g., native social insights, Google Analytics) to measure performance, interpret data, and complete post-campaign analysis with clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, including strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills to translate technical or specialized topics into compelling messages for diverse internal and external audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to assess real-time challenges, evaluate options, and implement timely solutions while maintaining a calm, professional approach in fast-paced, shifting environments
- Demonstrated accountability and sound judgment, including the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, meet commitments, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and safe work practices
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage and develop direct reports, including setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring delivery of high-impact creative work with consistency and follow-through
- Ability to operate effectively in both creative and process-driven environments, including managing project budgets, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and efficient production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite-specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects-and working proficiency with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Frame.io, with the ability to apply these tools to produce professional-grade content
