Job Summary Lead the future of hospitality at one of Chicago’s premier entertainment destinations. The Vice President of Operations will drive innovative, high-impact strategies that elevate guest experiences, optimize operational performance, and position the venue as a market leader. This role will shape long-term vision, align cross-functional teams, and implement forward-thinking solutions that redefine hospitality excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of leadership experience in casinos or like entertainment spaces is required

Experience with P&L management and financial forecasting

Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools

Experience leading large, multi-departmental teams

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute hospitality strategies aligned with business objectives

Oversee operational performance across all hospitality functions

Analyze financial and operational data to drive decision-making

Partner with executive leadership to implement growth initiatives

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Lead innovation in guest experience and service delivery
