Answer incoming calls and schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments Help customers by listening, asking the right questions, and getting them taken care of quickly Work closely with dispatch and technicians to keep the day running smoothly Enter and update customer information accurately Create a positive experience for every customer from the first call to the completed job Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Customer service or call center experience is a plus Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems A team player who enjoys helping customers and supporting coworkers $17/hour MondayFriday schedule (8:00 AM
