Intake Representative - Bilingual
VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for this Full-Time role as the Intake Representative. This position is responsible for receiving external referrals, making screening calls with potential members and scheduling initial assessments with enrollment nurses. The Intake Representative will play an integral role in assisting and maintaining the Business Development Manager's relationships with all referral sources. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls from prospective clients and referral sources Answering client inquiries Promoting company products Verifying demographic information Verifying Medicaid and Medicare eligibility Data entry of referrals and inquiries Scheduling nursing visits Providing support to external and internal referral sources Providing a detailed level of explanation for plan benefits Providing comparison between all lines of business and advising the potential member of what plan may be most beneficial to their needs Performing other job related duties as may be required or directed by supervisor We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years job related experience. Associate's degree required. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem solving will be vital to this position. Bilingual skills required.
