Job Duties
Answer phone calls & emails to help consumers order parts, check order status, and guide customers with purchasing products. No outbound cold calling. Service promptly, courteously, and professionally. Strengthen the relationships between consumers and business. Provide technical advice and product information. Accurately enter orders and document call conversations into computer system. Meet department goals and objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication. Small, friendly office environment.
